The Embarcadero Cinema (San Francisco, CA) is hosting a free advanced screening of the Iranian film, “The Song of Sparrows.” The new film by Majid Majidi (The Color of Paradise) and Iran's official entry for the 81st Academy Awards tells the story of ordinary guy Karim (Reza Naji, winner Best Actor at the Berlin Film Festival) as he struggles to support his family in Tehran.
